Ice producers
 

In scale:
The capacities go from 30 up to 1.250 kg/h with Tv: -18ºC. These units have a revolving producer cylinder, which is rectified and chromium – plated. The parts that are in contact with the water are protected with epoxy paints or integrally in AISI 304.
This type of ice is used in the food industry, particularly in fishing and poultry industries, due to its high capacity of contact and its low temperature of elaboration, that mean optimum performance.

SMA 30 y 60:
Their capacities are 720 and 1500 kg/h respectively. These units are supplied integrally with a compact unit, operating with Freon or ammonia, totally automatic and with easy installation.
The ice producer is built integrally in stain less steel, excepting the producer cylinder. This ice producer is idel for food industry with high sanitary performances.

In Cylinders "Cristalcil":
There are 10 different models which have an electronic command that make the frozen – defrosted cycle and automatic stop with the possibility to change these times.
The tubes are made in stain less steel T304, placed vertically. The recirculation of the water through the tubes, for its gradual crystallization, is made through a centrifugal pump.

In bars:
The tank container of the forms is made in sheet of sheet of steel 5 mm thick isolated in the external part.
The coil of refrigeration is coupled at the separator-distributor of the NH3 liquid. This unit has automatic control system of the level, control valve.
The optional accessories are: automatic filler of the forms, electric tackle, trestle stripper.
